Deliveries will be made between 8am and 7pm on date selected.
Order is not confirmed until confirmation email is sent.
Flowers are seasonal so bouquet contents will vary.
Local delivery available in post codes IG7 IG8 IG9 & IG10 only.
Prices stated included delivery charge (collection is free of charge), delivery charge is variable depending on postcode.
If recipient is not home or does not answer the door delivery will be left with a neighbour and a note popped through the recipients door. Recipient is there after responsible for collecting the arrangement. If no neighbour or safe place is available for delivery it will be returned to the store for the recipient to collect at their earliest convince.
For cancellations please call the store as soon as possible, a cancelation fee may be taken. Candles and defusers are non returnable once opened.
We pride ourselves on delivering the most beautiful bouquets and offering the best customers service. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order we require notification within 24 hours of receipt, supporting images may be required for us to investigate further.
Returns and exchanges available within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. We can not guarantee any returns on fresh flowers.
The longevity of fresh flowers varies greatly depending on time of year, variety and at home placement & care. As natural, perishable items we can not guarantee certain longevity. We use a wide range of flowers and foliage in our bouquets some of which last longer than others. Flower food and care instructions for fresh flowers will arrive with bouquets please follow these instructions to get the most out of your flowers.
Dried flowers are a great long lasting option, keep them in a spot with low humidity and out of direct sunlight. Air flow is good but nothing to draughty as they are fragile and do not like to be blown around. As a natural product, dried flowers inevitably shed and fade in appeared over time.
Delivery fees are included in the cost of bouquets (IG7, IG8, IG10 £6.50 - IG9 £4.50). The cost of delivering an item from the product page is £5.50 and delivery is too UK mainland only.
